How do I book a villa in Lombok via this site?
Create a free account first — either by email or directly using a Google account. After logging in, select the villa or hotel property you want, determine the room type, then fill in the check-in and check-out dates. The system displays the remaining rooms in real-time. You will receive a booking code along with payment instructions, and your entire reservation history is stored in your account.

Do you have to have an account to order?
Yes. Villa reservations, restaurants, rentals, and in-store purchases require an account so you can monitor order status, upload proof of payment, and view transaction history at any time. Registration is free and only requires a name, email, WhatsApp number and password — or one click using a Google account.

How long is the payment deadline after a booking is made?
The payment deadline is clearly stated on the booking status page and your confirmation email. The room is locked during this time so other people cannot book it. If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking will automatically be canceled and the room will become available again.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is made via bank transfer to our official account listed on the payment page. After transfer, upload proof of payment on the booking status page. The admin will verify, then your e-voucher will be issued automatically.

Are the prices displayed final?
Yes. The price listed is the price per night for that room type, without hidden service fees. The total due is displayed before you complete your reservation, including a unique last three-digit code that makes transfer verification easy.

What if I want to cancel or change my stay date?
Date changes or cancellations follow the provisions stated on the Terms & Conditions page. Please contact the admin via WhatsApp by including your booking code so we can help with the process.

Are there villas with private pools available in Lombok?
Yes. Some of our properties provide room types with private pools, including in the Senggigi and Kuta Mandalika areas. The facilities for each room type are listed in full on the property details page.

Can you rent a car or motorbike at the same time as the villa?
Can. Apart from accommodation, we provide car rental (unlocked or with driver), motorbikes, bicycles and tourist equipment. Vehicle reservations are made separately via the Rental menu with the same order flow.

How do I check my booking status?
Open the Check Status menu, then enter the booking code you received when ordering. There you can see the current status, upload proof of transfer, and download the e-voucher after payment is verified. When you log in to your account, your entire reservation history also appears in the My Account menu.

Can you apply for a visa extension in Lombok?
Can. We accompany the visit visa extension process in Lombok, starting from checking the completeness of the documents, applying, to collecting the results. Send a request via the Services menu for a free consultation — we will confirm the costs and estimated processing time after we know the type of visa and the validity date, because both follow applicable immigration regulations.

Does it serve the establishment of companies or PT PMA in Lombok?
Yes. We help establish business entities in Lombok, including PT PMA for foreign investors, along with processing supporting documents. Each case is different depending on the business sector and ownership structure, so we start with a free consultation via the Services menu before providing detailed costs and stages.

Can you rent a car without a driver or with a driver in Lombok?
Both are available. The daily price for each unit is listed directly on the rental page along with availability, so you can compare without having to ask first. For keyless cars, renters must bring a valid identity card and driving license when handing over the unit. Motorbikes, bicycles and snorkeling equipment are also available.

Can typical Lombok souvenirs be sent outside Lombok?
Can. The shop menu provides Sasak woven cloth, handicrafts, coffee and tourist equipment. At checkout you choose to have it sent to your address — shipping costs are calculated according to the destination area and appear before you complete the order — or picked up directly at our location without shipping costs.

How do you reserve a restaurant table in Lombok?
Select a restaurant in the Restaurant menu, specify the date, time and number of guests. You can also pre-order menus such as chicken taliwang so that the food is ready when it arrives, so you don't have to wait. Without pre-ordering, table reservations are subject to a deposit which is later deducted from your bill at the time of dining.
