How do I book a villa in Lombok via this site?
Buat akun gratis terlebih dahulu — bisa dengan email atau langsung memakai akun Google. Setelah masuk, pilih properti villa atau hotel yang Anda inginkan, tentukan tipe kamar, lalu isi tanggal check-in dan check-out. Sistem menampilkan sisa kamar secara real-time. Anda langsung diarahkan ke halaman pembayaran online, dan seluruh riwayat reservasi tersimpan di akun Anda.

Do you have to have an account to order?
Ya. Reservasi villa, restoran, penyewaan, dan pembelian di toko memerlukan akun agar Anda dapat memantau status pesanan dan melihat riwayat transaksi kapan saja. Pendaftarannya gratis dan hanya butuh nama, email, nomor WhatsApp, serta password — atau sekali klik memakai akun Google.

How long is the payment deadline after a booking is made?
The payment deadline is clearly stated on the booking status page and your confirmation email. The room is locked during this time so other people cannot book it. If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking will automatically be canceled and the room will become available again.

What payment methods are accepted?
Pembayaran dilakukan online lewat iPaymu: Virtual Account seluruh bank utama, QRIS, e-wallet, atau kartu. Anda memilih metodenya di halaman pembayaran setelah booking dibuat. Begitu pembayaran berhasil, booking langsung terkonfirmasi dan e-voucher terbit otomatis — tanpa unggah bukti transfer dan tanpa menunggu verifikasi admin.

Are the prices displayed final?
Harga yang tertera adalah harga dasar per malam untuk tipe kamar tersebut. Bila properti mengenakan pajak dan biaya layanan, besarannya dicantumkan terbuka di bawah harga, dan rinciannya dipecah pada ringkasan sebelum Anda menyelesaikan reservasi. Tidak ada biaya tersembunyi yang muncul belakangan.

What if I want to cancel or change my stay date?
Date changes or cancellations follow the provisions stated on the Terms & Conditions page. Please contact the admin via WhatsApp by including your booking code so we can help with the process.

Are there villas with private pools available in Lombok?
Ya. Kami menyediakan tipe kamar dengan kolam renang pribadi di kawasan Senggigi, Lombok Barat — cocok untuk pasangan maupun keluarga yang ingin privasi penuh. Fasilitas setiap tipe kamar, termasuk mana saja yang berkolam privat, dicantumkan lengkap pada halaman detail properti beserta harga per malamnya.

Can you rent a car or motorbike at the same time as the villa?
Can. Apart from accommodation, we provide car rental (unlocked or with driver), motorbikes, bicycles and tourist equipment. Vehicle reservations are made separately via the Rental menu with the same order flow.

How do I check my booking status?
Buka menu Cek Status, lalu masukkan kode booking yang Anda terima saat pemesanan. Di sana Anda dapat melihat status terkini, melanjutkan pembayaran bila belum lunas, dan mengunduh e-voucher setelah pembayaran diterima. Bila Anda masuk ke akun, seluruh riwayat reservasi juga tampil di menu Akun Saya.

Can you apply for a visa extension in Lombok?

Can typical Lombok souvenirs be sent outside Lombok?
Can. The shop menu provides Sasak woven cloth, handicrafts, coffee and tourist equipment. At checkout you choose to have it sent to your address — shipping costs are calculated according to the destination area and appear before you complete the order — or picked up directly at our location without shipping costs.

How do you reserve a restaurant table in Lombok?
Select a restaurant in the Restaurant menu, specify the date, time and number of guests. You can also pre-order menus such as chicken taliwang so that the food is ready when it arrives, so you don't have to wait. Without pre-ordering, table reservations are subject to a deposit which is later deducted from your bill at the time of dining.
